On The Fence

We have been wanting a fenced in back yard since the day we moved in 9 months ago. We live on the corner lot, and although it's not a busy street necessarily, it still wasn't a safe backyard for Eva to play in. We planned to use our tax return this year to purchase the fence (these things aren't cheap!). Luckily for us, we got a great recommendation from our realtor for a guy who builds fences "on-the-side" (a.k.a. under the table which = cheap). His work is fantastic and we couldn't be happier. And, we even have $21 dollars left from our tax return! How's that for lucky?!
